We often talk about design furniture and interior design here at Imagicasa, but there are also many possibilities to style your garden and make it just as appealing. Because what could be more relaxing than walking around in a well-designed green environment or even just looking at one from the indoor comforts of your living room?
Whether it’s an area of a few acres big, a cozy city garden or a roof terrace, this publication by Rizzoli New York undoubtedly offers a lot of inspiration for your next project. It's also a way to bring more greenery into your home, without having to have an extensive knowledge of plant care. At Imagicasa we don't really have the green fingers ourselves, but a beautifully tended garden and stylishly furnished outdoor space does make our hearts beat faster.
The book is divided into four themes: 'Showstoppers', with designs of the highest level; 'Family-friendly', with cosy spaces for the whole family to sit together or for the children to play in; 'Minimalist', with more subdued gardens and limited planting; and 'Plants-Lovers', with lush gardens that are completely dedicated to the natural greenery. The examples range from terraces and town gardens to villa gardens and landscapes that extend far beyond what you can see in one glance. The author is Matt Keightley, who with his design agency Rosebank Landscaping was already able to carry out many prestigious projects and also worked for charities on behalf of Prince Harry. The examples in this publication are either creations by Keightley himself or by other renowned designers.
