In 2010, Phillip Mathieson and Harlan Redgen founded architecture and interior design firm Redgen Mathieson in Surry Hills, Sydney. He developed this knowledge through his experience in hotels, boutique multi-residential developments, commercial buildings and residential projects.
Phillip Mathieson renovated this house to a unique place with a beautiful view
He also leads the design of high-profile projects in Australia and he has done some international projects in Croatia, Greece and Prague. Point Piper is a residence near the port of Sydney. The property has an impressive view of the Harbour Bridge. The house has four floors and has undergone a major renovation which has led to a beautiful concrete structure.
The oak panelling gives the property extra character.
The round staircase and elevator that were added were extended to the top floor of the house. The limestone, the Arabescato marble and the American Oak can be found throughout the house. The oak panelling that was used on the rear interior walls of each floor gives the property extra character. Belgian linen was also used as a background for the contemporary art collection of the residents.
The terrace is located at port level and has a free-form swimming pool that has been completely renovated. A unique house with a unique view is the least you can say.
