A new culinary hotspot is opening its doors in picturesque Österlen, on Sweden's south-east coast. Star chef Daniel Berlin unveils Vyn, a modern Scandinavian restaurant with an exclusively designed and custom-made kitchen by Nordiska Kök.
In the heart of Österlen, surrounded by the enchanting landscape, Vyn Restaurant becomes not just a gastronomic destination, but an ode to Scandinavian culinary art. Strong passion for sustainability and attention to detail
Berlin is one of Sweden's and the world's most renowned chefs and creating a kitchen specially designed for his new restaurant has been a true honour. Designed exclusively for Vyn Restaurant, the kitchen features a solid framework of light oak and hand-made wooden details. The stunning kitchen island with gently rounded corners and a quartzite countertop infused with subtle green accents draws attention and becomes the centrepiece of the space. The kitchen is located in the private dining area, where guests can gather around the kitchen island, close to the chef, while preparing the seasonal tasting menu.
The Vyn Restaurant kitchen design will be available in the Swedish kitchen expert's design range in early 2024. With two Michelin stars awarded to Daniel Berlin Krog, Daniel has gained worldwide recognition for his contemporary Nordic cuisine and sustainable approach.
