In their numerous projects, founders Justine Byltiauw and Tim Belaen strive to create visionary, site-specific and sensory architecture that makes a positive contribution to the living experience. The team of nōmar architects drew the contours of a beautiful home and realised a masterful interplay.
Each room embraces privacy without breaking the cohesion with the luxurious garden, creating a seamless connection between inside and outside. Intimate patios unfold like works of art, connecting each space to its natural splendour in its own unique way. With its clean, contemporary look, the house blends effortlessly with the serene, residential ambience of the neighbourhood. At the front, the home's closed facade forms a deliberate modesty, a captivating contrast to the rear facade where large windows offer panoramic views into the beautiful garden. Natural light and greenery permeate the home. 
The facade, a sophisticated composition of carefully selected materials, exudes discreet elegance. This elegance continues into the interior, where carefully chosen details take aesthetics to new heights. Each element is thoughtfully positioned, making the spaces not only functional but also telling a story. The colours inside form a seamless blend with the natural surroundings, also the deliberately chosen round shapes create a cosy atmosphere and invite further exploration. Moreover, the interior embraces an open floor plan with thoughtful arrangement of family life, cherishing the privacy of each family member.
