Sylvestris Wonen brings THE luxury home concept of the future. We are therefore pleased to welcome them as a partner in our Imagicasa network. With their new vision on villa apartments, they are a real pioneer in their profession. We are happy to show you around in one of their projects: Sorbus.

We'll tell you more about that later. First, it's time to take a look at the Sorbus residence. 
A luxurious living experience in an oasis of greenery and tranquillity.
As in all their projects, the search for more luxury, more comfort and more freedom is central. That's why you'll find eight spacious homes – four of which are penthouses – of at least 240 m2 on a domain of more than 8000 m2 surrounded by woods. So you can enjoy the space both outside in nature and in the villas themselves. In addition to space and comfort, nature also plays an important role in Sylvestris Wonen's homes. For example, warm materials in natural tones were used in harmony with the environment. The name is also a nice reference to this: Sorbus is the Latin name for rowanberry, a tree that occurs naturally there. The residence is located in the Waasmunsterse Heide, centrally located in the triangle between Antwerp, Ghent and Brussels. The area is surrounded by green forests and is located near the Durmevallei. A luxurious living experience in an oasis of greenery and tranquillity!
In all units, you will be immersed in pure luxury. Thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows, there is a lot of natural light and nature enters. The finish testifies to pure craftsmanship with an eye for comfort and harmony. Everything is top quality as well as the modern technologies that are applied. The interior design can be designed to the personal taste and style of the customer.
