Today Obumex introduces us to the project called One Carlton: 12 floors of pure grandeur in a prestigious location in Knokke. The interior design expert was given free reign to design the kitchens and bathrooms in each residence. Discover with us this recent high-end realisation.

Impressive project with emphasis on aesthetics and living comfort.
The project was inspired by the grandiose glory of the former Carlton Residence & Hotel. If you look inside this new iconic beacon on the skyline of the Belgian coastal city, you will discover a restrained kitchen and bathroom design designed by our loyal partner and interior expert. 
Obumex was asked by property developer Groep Versluys to design and realise a designer kitchen and bathroom for all the residences. Naturally, this is fully in line with the interiors, which will be fitted out with nothing but high-end materials. The interior design expert was tasked with the exceptional finish of the luxury bathrooms and designer kitchens, with a great deal of emphasis on aesthetics and living comfort.
The understated kitchen designs feature a well-considered material palette of glass, natural stone and bronze. Obumex was inspired by the spectacular view of the sea for the design and detailed execution. Once again, our loyal partner shows its refined art of living, discrete luxury and eye for beauty and quality at the highest level.
