On the banks of the Lys, in bustling Ghent, we have dinner at Fou d'O, a top business run by Alex Maes. What makes it so pleasant to dine there? The stylish building and the spacious terrace, which is, mainly during the summer months, a big asset.
"As a trendsetter, we are always looking for new materials, new colours, new applications, new finishes, etc."
Interior architect Jurgen Weyne, who completed the Fou d'O project, chose none other than Beltrami to take care of the beautiful natural stone floors inside and outside. The contemporary interior and the stylish service invite you to enjoy the Belgian-French cuisine.
"As a trendsetter, we are always looking for new materials, new colours, new applications, new finishes, etc. in response to the interior and building trends of today and tomorrow," we hear at Beltrami. For the interior of Fou d'O, the natural stone company supplied the Breccia Alba stone with a sandblasted finish. The speckled Albanian stone covers inside the floor and outside the stairs and the floor at the entrance.
Dining in the signature interior of Fou d'O, it's an indispensable experience!
