Presenting a project of a new partner for the first time is always an exciting moment. This time it is the turn of Key Visuals, the 3D visualisation studio that recently became an Imagicasa partner. We proudly present our readers to the interior images of residence DS.
Architect Dewitte involved Key Visuals to take care of the interior visualisations of a complete renovation. The project was given the name residence DS. It concerns a house that consists of three volumes stacked on top of each other. Each floor is finished in rough, off-white stone that gives the renovation a modern look that is visible from afar. The key words in this renovation were simplicity, tranquillity, and natural light. The latter is ensured by the extensive glass panes connecting the three floors. In the interior, the focus is on soft materials such as travertine, lime plaster and off-white mortex. These soft colours create a calm atmosphere inside that enhances the modern design. 
The inspiration for DS was a minimalist style that avoids all excess.
To complete the light colour palette, the warm tones of walnut veneer were also used. The furniture in the bedroom and bathroom is made of this material, as well as the kitchen cabinets and the door separating the kitchen from the living room. The whole is a blend of natural colours and materials that together prevent the frugal decoration from being perceived as bare or incomplete. The inspiration for DS was, in fact, a minimalist style that avoids all excess. The possible risk that the result would look cold or empty was easily eliminated by a well-considered selection of materials and shades. Key Visuals translated this design into realistic visualisations that create a clear image of the final product that the team of Architect Dewitte had in mind. 
The images of house DS clearly show that Key Visuals is here to stay. Architect Dewitte made the right choice by leaving the development of the impressions of this renovation project to the young 3D studio. We are once again pleased to have been able to highlight a first partner project.
