For the total renovation of this villa, interior designer Britt Thomas pulled out all the stops to give the house an aesthetic and functional character. By playing with light and space, she was able to exploit the home's full potential. It just goes to show that an entire villa can be transformed with small-scale, but well-considered interventions.

The aim of this project was to exploit the full potential of the existing spaces.
The total renovation of this villa started from zero, with only the bare structure as starting point. The main goal of this project was to exploit the full potential of the existing spaces and make them much more functional. Since the house has low ceilings, the interior designer chose to work with a very light and spacious concept, in order to optically enlarge the interior space. She also wanted to do this by making the facades largely open, thus creating a connection with the large garden. Furthermore, Thomas worked with a neutral colour palette and warm wood designs. To finish it off, some subtle references to the trendy seventies were added in the villa. In short, this villa has been given a whole new look and character, without its structure being changed. By playing with the available spaces and light colours, you can achieve a great deal. This project is yet another testament to the talent and skill of Britt Thomas.
