The country-style annexe has large windows to make the most of the natural light and allow residents to enjoy the outdoors without being under the burning sun.

The pool house is unique because the pool is built in the middle of the room and you can walk around the entire perimeter. Thanks to Duotecno's automated systems, the swimming pool is also extremely user-friendly: energy-efficient heat pumps, frequency-controlled swimming pool pumps and automatic disinfection systems. For this project, the home automation manufacturer took care of the complete control system of the swimming pool, as well as the sound system and lighting. The Smartbox+ system even adapts to the environment. For example, when evening falls, the pool has a beautiful scenery through the combination of mood lighting and the water.
