For an energy neutral project of 18 apartments, realized by property developer CoGiVa and Buro 2018 Architects, the help of visualization company and Imagicasa partner Belly was called in.
In the heart of Wolvertem, a quiet and green municipality in Flemish Brabant, property developer CoGiVa built an energy-neutral project of 18 apartments, in collaboration with Buro 2018 Architects. It became a timeless, modern and sustainable building, which is fully in line with the BEN-30 regulations. Natural materials adorn the residence, such as a brick façade with some wood accents, which gives the whole a warm appearance.

For the visualisations, the help of Belly was called in. This should not come as a surprise, since they are known for their hyper-realistic images. The company decided to take the existing situation as a starting point and integrate the visuals of the new apartment building into it. 
The company emphasised the structure of the materials thanks to some clever atmospheric elements, such as the sun shining on the façade. Belly also provided some nice extras, such as a visualisation of the garden at night with its south-west facing terraces. In this way the visualisation company was able to create images that tell us that it is wonderful to live in Het Kasteel.
