In this chic lakehouse, Frako, with their 40 years of expertise in customisation, was able to do their own thing completely. With a minimalist interior that occasionally speaks to the surrounding environment, our partner left a great impression. Let's enjoy it together.
What once began as a joinery that manufactured fully customised kitchens, Frako has since grown into a successful company that makes dream interiors come true. No wish is too crazy; the expert goes to great lengths to fully arrange their designs to the client's requirements. That is why it is also committed to following up each project from A to Z. This allows their sublime Belgian customisation, which they manufacture in their own atelier, to reach its full potential.
The high Frako quality is also reflected in this luxurious property, located by a vast lake in the wooded surroundings of Mol. Upon arrival at the residence, a lush garden greets you while the wooden finish of the structure immediately gives you the assurance of finding a cosy home there. The centrepiece of the property, which links the other rooms through its distinctive style, is undoubtedly the bright living room. In this living space, the interesting wall immediately catches your eye. By playfully incorporating various niches, built-in cupboards and a desk, Frako immediately proves what quality should look like. The semi-arch that elevates the cosiness of the seating area immediately connects nicely with the kitchen island; a clever method of incorporation if you ask us The white, round table finished with microtopping contrasts with the walnut of the designer chairs and sofa. The sitting area really is the perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee while enjoying the beautiful garden through the wide windows.Following this, the kitchen offers all you desire; the oven and combi steam oven were incorporated into a walnut cabinet that extends horizontally into wall cabinets creating ample storage space.Arriving in the dining room, one thing immediately catches your eye: a tree that emphasises the connection with nature through a cut-out in the roof. The open dining room is the place to be during a summer evening: the large dining table and many colourful chairs invite guests to have a good time.

Back home, the night part of the property features the light-filled bathroom and the serene master bedroom. The cream colour with which the bathroom walls were finished evokes a sense of calm. The bath and shower, with the latter separated from the bathroom unit by a glass wall, were finished with fine brass taps.Through a recess in the wall, you immediately enter the master bedroom. This last room also immediately shows the essence from which the architects set off for the design of this property: beautiful bespoke work had to contrast with light earth tones, creating a fine balance between the two.
