Together you are stronger, RR Interieur and Meubili believe. With that idea in mind, they joined forces to provide an innovative range of outdoor furniture in the recently opened RR Garden. We introduce you to this new concept where experience is key and share the best tips for your outdoor furniture.
Recently, our outdoor spaces have been coming under increasing attention, and many brands are therefore releasing their own outdoor collections. RR Interieur is responding to this trend by focusing entirely on outdoor furniture in their recently opened store. RR Garden emerged from a collaboration with Meubili, and that new joint venture was named RMC Group. The partners combined their indoor and outdoor offerings but keep their own style and approach to provide an even better service that remains recognisable to lovers of both brands. Here, customers will find a mix of well-known and loved brands such as Tribù, Baxter, Flexform, Minotti, Kettall, Paola Lenti, B&B Italia, and Cassina. The idea for this new showroom came about mainly after many requests from their customers, we hear from Rik Ruebens. Many now ask for outdoor furniture that is so luxurious that it can also be used indoors. Manufacturers have therefore invested a lot in high-quality outdoor furniture that should not be inferior to pieces used indoors. 
In the new showroom in Knokke, Belgium, there is such a strong focus on experience that you feel like you are moving around in the jungle. Working with Tomorrowland's stage builders, the Belgian interior designers at Maister translated the team’s vision into an inspiring setting that balances on the border between inside and outside and between interior design and haute couture. As soon as they enter, this masterful jungle takes customers into the story of the showroom and stimulates their senses. The rather monotonous brown colours in the walls, ceiling, and floors provide the perfect backdrop for the many imitation plants, trees, and branches that were used. The insulation material on the walls is very absorbent, which benefits both the temperature and acoustics in the rooms.

Of course, we are also very curious about how Ruebens views the contemporary interior landscape and what major trends he notices today. ‘The real trend today is that there are no trends anymore,’ he says. ‘Nowadays, all styles are used interchangeably. It is our job to find the right combinations for each interior in that mix and optimise the whole.’ We also asked him about his best advice for successful outdoor furnishing. ‘People should visit our store, so we can advise them personally,’ laughs Ruebens. The team at RR Garden enjoys translating each customer's wishes into a total garden concept, using a personalised mood board, a 3D design, and a photo-realistic plan of the result. In this way, everyone can easily add a luxurious touch to their outdoor experience. 
The interior design expert is happy to share one important piece of advice. ‘When selecting outdoor furniture, pay close attention to the choice of materials.’ The Belgian climate can for instance cause mould to grow on certain materials, something you naturally want to avoid. It is therefore very important to get advice, ensuring that you do not encounter any unwelcome surprises.
